DEHIX replaces the traditional resume with a trust-less, verifiable on-chain ledger powered by Soulbound Tokens (SBTs). We index GitHub and on-chain history to create an immutable record of developer skills and contributions. The problem: Web3 and AI ecosystems face a critical trust crisis. Job posts attract 50+ proposals mostly from unqualified or AI-generated candidates. Enterprises hesitate due to unclear IP ownership and safety. Our solution uses AI to instantly assemble verified teams as Flash Organizations - rapid, temporary teams that form and dissolve based on project needs. We enable Team-as-a-Service (TaaS) where clients sign one contract and our protocol manages squad coordination, payments, and deliverables with transparent, verifiable talent verified through blockchain history.

Built with a fullstack Web3 architecture: Frontend using Next.js with Tailwind CSS and shadcn UI for user interface. Smart contracts in Solidity deployed on multiple blockchains (Polygon, BNB Chain, Ethereum testnets). Backend powered by Node.js with TypeScript. Integration with Chainlink oracles for verified off-chain data aggregation and on-chain settlement. GitHub API integration to index developer contributions and skills. SBT (Soulbound Token) minting for immutable reputation ledger. AI-driven team assembly algorithm to match project requirements with verified developer profiles. Protocol handles payments, escrow, and dispute resolution through smart contracts.
