FIDUCCI. Tokenization as a Service (TaaS)
Tokenizing RWA economic rights on Arbitrum via Legal Trusts, Chainlink CRE & FHE.
What it is
The Problem: The Trust Gap in RWA Tokenization
The current landscape of Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization is fundamentally flawed. Most protocols attempt to tokenize property titles directly, creating an insurmountable disconnect between on-chain execution and off-chain legal reality. Smart contracts cannot enforce physical ownership if the local jurisdiction does not recognize the blockchain. Furthermore, institutional capital cannot operate on public ledgers without strict data privacy, nor can smart contracts autonomously verify off-chain legal statuses (like liens, corporate registry updates, or valuations) without decentralized infrastructure. This creates a massive legal and technical "Trust Gap."
What is FIDUCCI?
FIDUCCI is a decentralized "Trust Stack" and Tokenization-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform designed to bridge high-value physical assets (Energy, Infrastructure, Logistics, Commodities) with on-chain liquidity. We completely close the legal and technical Trust Gap. We do not tokenize property titles; instead, we enable the tokenization of mathematically verified economic rights and isolated economic flows for a diverse range of institutional-grade physical assets.
How it Works: The Architecture & Stack
Our infrastructure is built on four fundamental pillars, designed for institutional adoption and demonstrated in our video submission:
- Legality (Mexican Fideicomiso / Legal Trust): To ensure 1:1 legal backing, we use a bankruptcy-remote trust structure. The physical asset is legally transferred into the Trust, while the blockchain manages the digital representation of the economic rights (revenue, yields, sale proceeds) generated by it.
- Solidity (Arbitrum L2): Arbitrum serves as our highly scalable, low-latency execution layer. It handles the secure issuance and management of our fractionalized ERC-20 economic rights, bypassing the prohibitive gas fees of L1 without sacrificing Ethereum's security.
- Verifiability (Chainlink CRE): The core of our decentralized verification engine. As showcased in our demo video, we built and simulated a comprehensive Chainlink CRE workflow. This workflow seamlessly connects our on-chain logic on Arbitrum with off-chain legal and valuation data. It queries external API endpoints (such as public registry or institutional valuation APIs) to continuously verify the legal and financial health of the underlying asset. Economic flow distributions are only triggered upon successful CRE validation.
- Privacy (FHE - Fully Homomorphic Encryption): Institutional players cannot expose proprietary financial flows or investor identities. We integrated FHE to provide absolute data protection. FHE allows our smart contracts to process encrypted economic flows and sensitive investor data without ever decrypting it publicly, ensuring compliance with institutional privacy standards.
The Workflow in Action
In our demo video, you will see the execution of our Chainlink CRE workflow applied to a live institutional asset integration. It demonstrates the exact process of querying off-chain registry and valuation APIs, validating the asset's legal status via the decentralized network, and transmitting the state to our Arbitrum smart contracts to safely authorize the tokenized economic flow. FIDUCCI ensures that every token minted is backed by real-world legality, verified by Chainlink, and secured by FHE privacy.
How it Works
We architected FIDUCCI's "Trust Stack" by modularizing the execution, verification, privacy, and legal layers to ensure institutional-grade tokenization:
- Smart Contracts & Execution (Arbitrum L2): The core business logic is written in Solidity and deployed on Arbitrum. This ensures high-throughput, low-latency, and secure issuance of ERC-20 tokenized economic rights, bypassing the prohibitive gas fees of Ethereum L1.
- Decentralized Verification (Chainlink CRE): We developed a comprehensive Chainlink CRE workflow. It acts as our automated verification engine, querying external institutional APIs to fetch real-world asset data and off-chain legal statuses before authorizing any on-chain economic distributions.
- Data Privacy (FHE - Fully Homomorphic Encryption): We integrated FHE into our architecture to handle sensitive institutional capital. This allows the smart contracts to perform computations on encrypted data, protecting proprietary financial flows, investor information, and distribution logic from public block explorers.
- Legal Anchoring (Mexican Legal Trusts): The entire on-chain architecture is legally mirrored off-chain through bankruptcy-remote Fideicomisos (Legal Trusts), providing a 1:1 legally enforceable framework for diverse physical assets.
