Finance OS
Finance OS is a multi-chain financial platform automating Web3 compliance, payroll, and audit proofs
What it is
Finance OS is an institutional-grade Web3 platform built to manage financial workflows, external collaborations, and organizational payroll across multiple blockchains. It is designed with a "Liquid Institutional" interface that brings traditional private banking elegance to decentralized applications.
The platform brings necessary structure and guardrails to cryptocurrency transactions for real-world organizations. Currently, founders and treasuries can move millions of dollars across different blockchains without screening recipients, meaning there are no Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, no sanctions proofs, and no audit trails. Finance OS fills this gap by ensuring every transaction is compliant before a single dollar moves, preventing regulatory silence when auditors come asking.
Finance OS operates a "dual compliance gate" that users must pass through before executing financial agreements or payroll. When users connect their wallets, the system runs a sequence of checks: it uses World ID for proof-of-human verification, links Chainlink CCID compliance credentials, and runs an AML screening against OFAC sanctions lists. Once all parties are cleared, collaborations and agreements are locked automatically on-chain. For larger scale operations, like a CFO running a multi-chain payroll, the system batches every payee through these compliance gates in one click, routes the funds to their respective blockchains, and commits a tamper-proof audit record on-chain. This immutable data is then used to instantly generate tax reports and full audit packages
How it Works
The platform features a web-based OS shell frontend built with a "Liquid Institutional" aesthetic (frosted glass panels, Inter typography, tabular numerals). Under the hood, the backend logic avoids centralized company servers entirely; instead, it is powered by four continuous Chainlink CRE workflows:
- AML Screening (Workflow 1): Takes a payee's wallet address and uses Confidential HTTP to securely route queries to external sanctions databases (like the Chainalysis Sanctions API), outputting a simple pass/block result to an AMLScreen.sol smart contract.
- Cross-Chain Settlement (Workflow 2): Uses Chainlink CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol) to group approved payees and route their payments to PayrollReceiver contracts across multiple target chains (Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Ethereum).
- Immutable Audit Records (Workflow 3): Utilizes a keccak256 compute function and an AuditHash.sol contract to bundle full cycle data (amounts, chain routes, timestamps) into a permanent on-chain proof.
- Identity & Compliance (Workflow 4): Integrates World ID for proof-of-personhood, the ACE Policy Manager for compliance credentials, and toggles for automated MiCA regulatory enforcement. Additionally, the platform uses Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) so that users can log in and access their payslips using just a wallet signature
