MAIMA (Multichain AI Intent Management Application)

What it is: MAIMA is an AI-powered DeFi orchestration layer that simplifies cross-chain interactions by converting natural language intents into optimized and verified execution plans.
How it works:

1. AI Intent Parsing: The system uses OpenAI to transform user prompts (e.g., "swap 100 USDC to ETH on Base") into structured transaction intents.
2. CRE Orchestration: Backend logic is isolated within the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE). An orchestrator workflow delegates tasks to specialized swap or bridge workers.
3. Multi-Protocol Aggregation: It aggregates routes from over 250 DEXs and bridges across 20+ chains using LI.FI.
4. Oracle Verification: Every route is validated against Chainlink Price Feeds to ensure users get fair market value and are protected from manipulated quotes.
5. Ranking & Execution: Routes are ranked by cost, speed, and reliability. Once a route is selected, the transaction is executed securely through the user's connected wallet.
   Problem it solves: It solves the complexity and fragmentation of the DeFi ecosystem. Users no longer need to manually navigate multiple protocols, compare gas fees, or manage cross-chain risks. MAIMA provides an intuitive, trust-minimized, and automated path for interacting with decentralized finance.

How is it built?
The project is built using a modern, decentralized tech stack:

• Frontend: Next.js and React with Tailwind CSS for a premium UI. Wallet integration is handled via RainbowKit and viem.
• Backend/Orchestration: Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) using TypeScript workflows compiled to WASM via Javy.
• Intelligence: OpenAI API for extracting structured intent from natural language.
• Data Aggregation: LI.FI SDK for comprehensive cross-chain routing.
• Trust Layer: Chainlink Price Feeds for decentralized price verification and fraud prevention.
