MIRAGE

MIRAGE is a decentralized platform that transforms Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) from manual, opaque processes into automated, verifiable, and confidential digital workflows. It merges the security and finality of blockchain with the connectivity and complex business logic of legacy institutional finance.

Mirage is built on a four-layer institutional stack with these core components:

• Front-end: A Next.js and WalletConnect-enabled interface for user interactions (GPs, LPs, Advisors) and identity management, connecting users to the Solana network.
• Orchestration Layer (The Core): The Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), which executes sophisticated, deterministic deal state machines written in TypeScript or Go, reaching decentralized consensus on off-chain events to manage complex workflows like due diligence.
• Blockchain & Settlement Layer (Solana): The layer where Delivery-vs.-Payment (DvP) and final asset settlement occur, utilizing identity-enabled security tokens built with the Solana Token-2022 standard (e.g., using Transfer Hooks and Permanent Delegate extensions) on the Solana network.
• Data & Legacy Layer: The foundation where the CRE securely integrates with authoritative external systems (e.g., SAP ERP, legacy bank payment APIs like J.P. Morgan Kinexys) to verify essential financial data and fiat cash movements before finalizing on-chain Solana transactions.
