Raizo is an autonomous AI-powered security and compliance protocol for decentralized finance, built on Chainlink's Runtime Environment (CRE).

What Raizo Does Raizo closes that gap by replacing human-dependent monitoring with three autonomous AI agents that detect, decide, and act in real time — across multiple blockchains simultaneously.

Raizo was built across three layers that work together as a unified system.
The Orchestration Layer is built on Chainlink's Runtime Environment. Three autonomous agents — the Threat Sentinel, Compliance Reporter, and Cross-Chain Coordinator — are each implemented as CRE workflows written in TypeScript, compiled to WebAssembly, and executed across a Decentralized Oracle Network. This gives every agent decision cryptographic consensus verification before it can trigger any on-chain action. CRE's built-in capabilities handle everything: Chain Reader for live blockchain data, Confidential HTTP for external API calls inside a TEE, and Chain Writer for on-chain execution — all wired together in a single workflow pipeline.
The On-Chain Layer is six Solidity smart contracts deployed across Ethereum and Base. SentinelActions receives verified DON reports and executes protective responses. ComplianceVault stores tamper-proof audit report hashes. RaizoCore serves as the protocol registry. GovernanceGate uses World ID for Sybil-resistant governance. CrossChainRelay handles CCIP message routing between chains. PaymentEscrow on Base holds USDC for agent self-funding via x402 payments. All contracts are UUPS-upgradeable with role-based access control.
The Infrastructure Layer is Chainlink's broader ecosystem — CCIP for cross-chain message passing, Confidential Compute TEEs for private data processing, Chainlink Data Feeds for price oracle data, and x402 for gasless agent self-funding.
