What is it? Rentra is a decentralized platform that tokenizes Real-World Asset (RWA) rental income, allowing property investors to earn compounding yield instead of letting rent sit idle.
How it works? When a tenant pays rent in stablecoins (RENT), a Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) workflow automatically detects the event. It triggers an AI Risk Agent (OpenAI) to evaluate the health of the target yield strategy (e.g., Aave, Compound) in real-time. If the strategy is deemed safe, the CRE DON signs a report that triggers an on-chain deployment of those funds into the strategy, maximizing investor returns without manual intervention.
What problem it solves?

1. Idle Capital: Rental income usually stays in a wallet until the end of the month. Rentra puts it to work instantly.
2. Static Risk Management: Most yield optimizers are "set and forget." Rentra adds a dynamic AI Risk Guard that can pause deployments if off-chain sentiment or market conditions shift.
