Skyrail Sentinel

SkyRail Sentinel is a decentralized parametric insurance app for travelers. Usually, getting compensation for delayed or canceled trips is a slow, frustrating process full of paperwork. We solve this by automating everything. It works by monitoring real-time travel data. If a covered delay happens, our smart contract automatically triggers an instant payout directly to the user's wallet—no manual claims or long wait times needed.

The core logic and automated payouts are powered by smart contracts written in Solidity. We use Chainlink CRE to securely pull real-world travel delay data onto the blockchain to verify the disruptions. For the user side, we built a clean, simple frontend using Next.js so travelers can easily buy policies and track their coverage.
