What it is

StealthBond LATAM is a pioneering platform designed to bring institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) tokenization to the Latin American market. The project addresses the critical challenge of balancing institutional privacy with regulatory transparency, enabling compliant, secure, and liquid on-chain debt markets. By leveraging Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), Confidential Compute (TEE), and Gemini AI, StealthBond orchestrates a multi-stage workflow: onboarding of natural persons and corporations, generation of Cross-Chain Identity Digests (CCID), issuance of fractionalized commercial papers backed by real collateral, multi-currency reserve monitoring, and private secondary market auctions. All sensitive operations, including KYC/KYB, collateral validation, and price discovery, are executed within the TEE enclave, ensuring that personal and institutional data never leaks to the public ledger. The platform also features encrypted regulatory reporting, dual-source AML screening, and AI-driven risk analysis, providing a robust compliance framework. StealthBond LATAM solves the region’s liquidity gap by enabling global access to high-yield debt instruments, while maintaining privacy and regulatory integrity.

How it Works

StealthBond LATAM is architected as a modular system combining a React frontend, a core backend engine, and smart contract infrastructure. The onboarding process uses CRE and TEE to securely ingest and normalize identity data, generating deterministic CCIDs for all participants. Confidential HTTP calls are made to official APIs (SENIAT, GLEIF) and local AML databases, with credentials managed inside the Vault DON. Gemini AI is integrated as a security layer, performing document integrity checks, collateral analysis, and continuous bond health monitoring within the enclave. The issuance and management of tokenized assets utilize ERC-3643 and ACE-compatible smart contracts, embedding compliance rules and identity gating. Private auctions are conducted using a sealed-bid engine inside the TEE, with cryptographically signed withdrawal tickets for settlement. Regulatory reports are encrypted using threshold encryption and only accessible by authorized wallets. The entire workflow is orchestrated via CRE, ensuring confidential execution, secure API connectivity, and verifiable on-chain actions.
