UK Real Estate Tokenisation — Conceptual Workflow

This project demonstrates a workflow for UK property tokenisation, connecting SPV-held rental income with blockchain infrastructure. Currently, ownership is digitised, but rental income verification remains manual, creating friction, delayed reporting, and limited transparency for investors. Our workflow concept uses mock data to show rent submission, oracle verification, smart contract-triggered distribution, and investor payouts, illustrating how real estate cash flows could be automated and verified on-chain.
The submission focuses on conceptual workflow clarity, CRE usage, and infrastructure-level thinking. No backend code or live deployment is included at this stage.
