Zawyafi

Zawyafi — RWA investment platform using Chainlink CRE to cryptographically verify local business revenue on-chain.

DeFi & Tokenization Risk & Compliance Thirdweb

What it is

Zawyafi is a compliant, real-world asset investment platform that enables everyday investors to earn yield from physical local businesses — cafes, bakeries, vending machines, manufacturing, and more — starting from just $10.
The Problem Local businesses suffer from a severe lack of liquidity. Traditional financing is slow, expensive, and forces equity dilution or predatory loan terms. On the investor side, private-market yield has always been inaccessible to retail participants. But the deeper problem is trust: how can an on-chain investor trust the off-chain revenue metrics of a local cafe? This is the Oracle Problem for RWA — and it has been largely unsolved.
The Solution Zawyafi solves this using Chainlink CRE. Businesses tokenize their future inventory and revenue streams into fractional digital assets. Investors purchase these tokens and earn yield as the business generates real sales. Chainlink CRE acts as the cryptographic bridge — fetching revenue data directly from integrated Point-of-Sale systems (Square), validating and aggregating it off-chain, and posting tamper-proof proofs on-chain. The settlement smart contract then automatically distributes USDC yields to token holders based on verified revenue — no intermediaries, no self-reporting, no trust assumptions.
Three CRE Workflows power the platform:

  1. Square POS Workflow — Triggers daily, fetches previous day's sales from the Square API, categorizes revenue by tokenized product, and calls writeReport on the OracleCoordinator contract with a cryptographic revenue proof.
  2. KYC Settlement Workflow — Settles investor identity verification status on-chain via the IdentityRegistry contract with zero PII exposure — using cryptographic proofs instead of raw identity data.
  3. Compliance Export Workflow — Aggregates on-chain settlement events and pushes immutable audit manifests to an off-chain regulatory vault, enabling mathematically proven audit trails for regulators.

How it Works

Zawyafi is built as a full-stack Web3 application across four layers:
Chainlink CRE (Oracle Layer) — Three production workflows written in TypeScript, handling Square POS revenue ingestion, KYC on-chain settlement, and compliance export. Each workflow is deployed and runs against live data.
Smart Contracts (EVM) — Seven contracts deployed on EVM testnet: IdentityRegistry, Compliance, CurrencyManager, ProductBatchFactory, RevenueRegistry, SettlementVault, and OracleCoordinator. Contracts handle fractional tokenization, yield calculation, identity gating, and CRE report ingestion.
Backend — A Node.js API gateway that orchestrates KYC provider webhooks, triggers CRE workflows, and manages off-chain data sync.
Frontend — A Next.js web application serving both business issuers (tokenization dashboard) and investors (portfolio, yield tracking, KYC flow).
