Onchain and offchain policy enforcement

Define and enforce KYC/AML and jurisdictional rules directly in token and protocol smart contracts, automating compliance processes.

Verifiable entity identity

Enable institutional onboarding using GLEIF vLEIs and Apex Group’s ERC-3643 framework, supporting verifiable and reusable onchain credentials.

Cross-chain interoperability

Power policy enforcement and identity verification across token types and public and private blockchains, removing friction in the development process.

Compliance monitoring

Get alerts and reports on transactional anomalies and non-compliance issues, empowering proactive risk mitigation and regulatory reviews.

Modular & composable

Deploy only the components you need when you need them, while also being able to easily reuse, modify, or upgrade existing workflows without starting from scratch.

Accelerated time to market

Build once and deploy quickly to any public or private chain, with ready-to-use policy templates, SDKs, and a compliance sandbox, accelerating your deployment timeline.

Cross-Chain Identity (CCID) Framework

A reusable identity framework for representing investor identities, attestations, and credentials across multiple blockchains that stores cryptographic proofs of verified credentials, including KYC, AML, accredited investor status, and more. CCID is compatible with existing identity standards.

Cross-Chain Token (CCT) Compliance Extension

A lightweight interface that enables any token to support compliance functionality by integrating with Chainlink ACE. It functions as a connector to CCID, the Policy Manager, and CCIP, while also simplifying the inclusion of compliance logic across token types like ERC-20, ERC-3643, and more.

Policy Manager

A customizable rules engine that enables users to define, manage, and enforce compliance policies directly within smart contracts. These contracts can orchestrate multiple steps across different assets or counterparties, with onchain or offchain enforcement.

Identity Manager

A middleware that links real-world identity sources to various onchain formats, including CCID and existing standards like ONCHAINID, and Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS). It enables the registration, distribution, synchronization, and lifecycle management of identity credentials across networks without storing NPI/PII onchain.

Monitoring and Reporting Manager

A service for observing infrastructure, smart contracts, and third-party integrations for non-compliance, anomalies, and system failures, facilitating real-time alerts, proactive risk mitigation, and strengthened operational resilience. It also enables institutions to obtain reports to support internal and regulatory compliance.

Compliance Sandbox

A sandbox to validate Chainlink’s compliance offering, giving customers a hands-on way to explore CCID and Policy Manager solutions.

Onchain Policy Accelerators

Prebuilt policy modules, such as Allow/Deny Lists, Volume Limits, Role-Based Access Control, Secure Mint, and a variety of other audited and ready-to-use templates for common policies

Developer Tooling

A dedicated SDK, API, CLI, and admin UI.

“Chainlink’s technology, combined with our existing tokenisation and on-chain finance capabilities, will set the standard for compliance on DLT.”
“We welcome the integration of the vLEI into Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine as a powerful example of how verifiable organizational identity can enhance compliance across blockchain ecosystems.”
“Partnering with Chainlink has enabled the ERC-3643 standard to become interoperable, dynamic, and policy-driven. By embedding Chainlink ACE and vLEI into the ERC-3643 framework, permissioned tokens can easily enforce jurisdiction-specific rules onchain.”
